Follow these 2 simple steps:

1. Visit http://cl1p.net/<XYZ_Url>. Here XYZ_Url is anything unique that is relevant to what you are trying to create. For my example, I am going to use: http://cl1p.net/how-to-use-cl1p.
2. When you visit the Url, you will see a simple text box with some options. You can add whatever you want to save in this text box, and click the "Save" button at the bottom.

From now on, anyone who visits the Url will see what you have saved.
